Shipping Timeframes
We prioritize speed and transparency in delivery:  
- Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days after processing.  
- VIP Express Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing.  


Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping Fee: £5.99 (or local equivalent).  
  • VIP Shipping Fee: £22.99 (or local equivalent).
  •  Free Shipping: Automatically applied to orders over £49.  

Order Processing & Cutoff Times
- Processing Time: Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and dispatched the following business day.  
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed before **1 AM GMT** on business days are processed the same day.  


Tracking & Delivery
- Shipping Confirmation: A tracking number and link will be emailed once your order is dispatched.  
- Tracking Portal: Monitor your package via our website’s *Track Order* section or through **[17Track](https://www.17track.net/en)**.  

Important Notes:  
1. Customs Compliance: For non-UK destinations, ensure all required customs information is provided. Delays or returns due to incomplete documentation may require a new order.  
2. Delivery Attempts: If you’re unavailable, carriers will leave instructions for collection.  


Delivery Assurance
- Delays: In rare cases, local customs may request additional paperwork. We recommend proactive tracking to avoid disruptions.  
- Missing Orders: If your package hasn’t arrived within **30 days**, contact us for assistance. We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund (processed after 60 days if unresolved).
